Danse Mi Vise, Gråte Min Sang is a Norwegian song. I believe it was written in the late 1930s, but I'm not actually sure of its origins, or even who wrote it. I just heard an old man singing it while browsing YouTube some time ago, and loved it. (There are quite a few versions of it on YouTube). I'm not even too sure of the dialect. I've been learning Bokmål Norwegian, but I don't think it's in that dialect - so I only understand around two-thirds of it. Some of the words are completely unfamiliar to me, so I had to learn them phonetically. I hope I pronounce them right!
